Hi,
This post is to give an insight on the common problem which occurs when the MPP and the application servers are placed in different network,
Problem Description : When there is long prompt played to the caller without a barge in option the application is throwing error.badfetch for the next call flow in the node.
Solution : This problem occurs because the connectivity between the MPP and application server is slow (or) when both of them are in different network, Which makes the tomcat to shut it's connection to the MPP and results in error.badfetch, to resolve this issue the value of the parameter connection timeout which will be available in the <TOMCAT_HOME>/conf/server.xml should be increased which will instruct the tomcat to wait some more time before timing out the connection.
